Athena Wrann is a seasoned fashion design and creative leader with over 20 years of experience shaping industry-leading brands. As the Creative Director and Vice President of Design at Parade, she drives innovative, trend-forward products while leading high-performing teams. Her career includes  roles at Free People, Express, and Victoria’s Secret PINK, where she played a pivotal role in executive leadership, contributing to over a billion dollars in revenue growth.

With expertise spanning lingerie, swimwear, activewear, and accessories, Athena is a visionary committed to PRODUCT, PEOPLE, and PROCESS. She believes that streamlined, repeatable processes and strong cross-functional collaboration are essential to delivering exceptional product quality and retaining top talent. Her leadership fosters dynamic, motivated teams that consistently achieve outstanding results.

Athena holds a B.F.A. in Fashion Design with a specialization in Intimate Apparel from the Fashion Institute of Technology. She lives in Greenpoint, Brooklyn, with her family.
